Love this and it’s going to change all my projects and save me so much from paying others to quilting my projects. As soon as I get more practice I’ll send more pictures. Awesome Christmas present from my wonderful hubby. Question:’ is it better to use polyester thread for quilting?
I really like it but I do need to get more comfortable with using it. My machine was not listed but it does work with it. Epic 95Q. Even called the Grace company they said to try it and if it doesn�t work I have 30 days to return it. So I did it.

I actually haven’t used my sure stitch regulator yet because I’m waiting for a table to set my cutie breeze up. I’m new to quilting sooo I’m sure I’ll have quite a bit of learning to do. But.. can hardly wait to try it out.
Very easy to install and program. Directions are clear and concise. Can't wait to start to learn how to use it!
Nice idea but caused my babylock jazz II to malfunction
It was not compatible with my Q’nique 19x long arm which is the question I ask before the purchase!
Had some difficulty getting product to operate, but with the help of technical support it is now functional. Still working out tension issues, but close to acceptable performance.
Really helps with even stitches. You will still need to practice but its a great tool.

The stitch regulator was not compatible with my Viking Mega Quilter even though it said it was. I sent it back to Grace and am waiting for my refund. I was told that Grace would have to refund first before you could give me my refund. I am still waiting and very disappointed. I will not be your customer again. No positives so far on how you handle refunds.
I have a Babylock Jazz 2 that I'm using it with. At first I could not get it to work. I ended up taking everything back off and redoing it and still could not get it to work. I finally realized that there are 2 options for the Jazz 2 sewing machine. There is a Jazz 2 and a Jazz 2D option on the regulator. Once I changed it to Jazz 2D, it worked. I'm still learning to use it, but I believe I'm going to love it!
I've only had it up and running for 1 day. I think it has improved the stitches but the stitching speed does not match my speed of movement. Also, it says to set the machine speed on rabbit but it runs way to fast for comfort and doesn't slow when I do. I need more practice, maybe a call to help me.
I just could not keep my stitches going the same and keep getting eyelashes Now as long as I remember to put the pressure foot down I don't get eyelashes, also my stitches seem to stay the same, now I know I can do better patterns with practice on moving the machine. I just do random right now, but it is great made my quilting so much better

WAAAY overpriced. It came with a defective part, which I was able to get replaced with a call to the manufacturer. After replacement I got the device to work and I am happy with it, however, in my opinion, it is overpriced at nearly $700 dollars.
I am very happy with my new stitch regulator. I would buy again. Works great.

This mechanism does not work properly. I could not get it to work with a Babylock Jazz II sewing machine. I spent 3 days working with it. No support from the Grace Co. I was told that it is trial and error until it works. I gave up when it was causing my needle to go up and down at an alarming rate. This product needs more research and development and a manual for each type of sewing machine for which it is compatible.
A bit of a learning curve with this & I've only had it for a week (paired with the Cutie frame) but am now very comfortable using it. Such nice even stitches! I tend to overthink things & this was no exception, but realized it is a fairly straightforward interface. The only thing I had to figure out was when it asked what machine I was using, it didn't list my machine (Juki TL18 QVP). But I had seen on some sewing sites that my machine was one listed as being able to use with this & figured out that the Juki TL 2000 and TL2010Q are machines that are very similar (throat width, thread cutter, etc.) so I used that setting & seems to work fine.
