I needed this to replace my old one as the plastic hinges that kept it in place on my machine had broken off. This fit perfectly in my machine, and I�m glad I have this little storage compartment back again.

It doesn't actually fit the sewing machine it claims to fit. I had to shove it in to get it to attach and then it was still half a centimeter too short than the rest of the machine.
