It's that thang that you didn't know you needed......until you got it and saw what it can do. It replaced an old paint brush end that I used as a point Turner. I love the hole in it.....I use it instead of my Boykin for running my ribbon thru. And....it's purple...so I can find it easily! Thank you

I have no difficulty with your products, in fact, I was very pleased with them. My issue is your customer service. It is very poor. I made my original order on June 8, 2025.....On that same day, I received and printed a receipt confirming my order and told shortly I would receive a confirmation email with a order number. Never came! I waited for my order and waited and waited.....no communication. I called and was told my order was on hold waiting for an item not in stock as your company does not send out partial orders....Okay, so I wait some more, no communication, no update on the status of my order.... Upset and frustrated I called over a month later and SUPRISE, the product on back order was finally in and the order was sent out the day before and it should arrive in about a week! Again no communication telling me thank you for your patience we finally have your order completed and has been sent out....NOTHING!!! What poor customer service!! The person I spoke with was very nice. I spoke with her and told her what had occurred with my order and she gave me (the standard) excuses. I asked to speak with the head of customer service. Guess what, more excuses....No return call.....Hmmm. though your products are good, I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY. Your company had my money for over a month before I received my products!! No I'm sorry for the delay, no thank you for purchasing your product, no return call or email from the head of customer service. You quickly made sure you had my money, then you took your sweet time sending me my order. I wonder, would I have received the product had I not called and called? Respectfully summited....A VERY DISAPPOINTED AND NEVER TO BE AGAIN CUSTOMER.
