This light works good. Pinpoint the needle location. I was not aware I did not have a metal surface where needed for the magnet in it to work so I got a Velcro strip to install it. The light point seems a little wide but it does work.

Bought to use on sewing machine. Takes some time to Aline then is awesome. There is a learning curve to line up laser now I can easily do.
I used the Velcro strip to attach to my machine so I can use it when I need to and remove when I don't. Easy to adjust and light is bright and I'm able to see it.
Works perfectly and doesn’t move around while sewing.
I think the point of this particular product is excellent. But it didn’t work for my application. Absolutely nothing wrong with the product product so I hope others will give it a try.

What a game changer! I absolutely detest drawing diagonal lines and hopefully we’ll never have to do it again. There does seem to be a bit of a learning curve, but I’m getting better every day with it.

Not real stable. Have to adjust frequently. But it is still helpful.
This product has some possibilities for usefulness but is not well thought out. The attachment to your sewing machine is by way of a magnet but almost all machines today have plastic bodies so you are on your own in rigging it up to work.

The laser light came quickly. It was in good condition. It works fairly well, shining a light on your work area. When set up it is in the way of threading the machine. So, every time I have to re-thread the machine, the light has to be re-set. Also, once set, it does not hold the position very well and has to be re-positioned often. I'll use it sometimes while it is here. But, I wouldn't buy it again.
I have not used it yet. I plan to use it with my Babylock "Allegro" on my quilting frame for home sewing machines. So far, I have been pleased with all the items I have ordered from Sewing Parts on Line.
It actually works. I like the ease of using it.

This doesn’t work on my BERNINA machines. The laser is all over the place. This is the worst notion I ever bought
First I paid 20 dollars more than in most places. Second it is very difficult to adjust it to where you want it. It keeps swinging back to the original position. For the price, I would like something which is precise and I feel I do better with my own eyes, it is an interesting concept which needs improvement

Easy to set up.
Ordered both a green and red laser unit. The red one has a problem with the 3 threaded tips not fitting. Not a seller fault here. Wrote the seller asking for help to get the correct tips that fit a few days ago.

Very helpful for me with sewing straight lines.
It really helps with getting a strait line sewn. The only down side for me is that it's hard to get aligned perfectly on the 5/8" or 1/4" etc. and then not bump it in some way which takes it off the mark. However, I am glad I purchased it as it is helpful when all is going well. I bought the Velcro attachment with red light laser.
These are not at all what I thought they were.They are bulky and stay in the way. I cannot get the lasers on mine to focus in where I need it to be and if I do get the laser focused it moves and will not stay in place. Do not waste your money! I would return them but it costs more to send them back with mailing and insuring!
The video on the web site is a great sales tool. Didn't know I needed this until I watched it
I use it on my quilting machine, on my sewing machine, and serger. Velcro works wonders the change machines.
