I only give 5 stars to Grace, Who is an excellent customer rep. My ykk zip I ordered as a seperating one came as a non seperating one, so she will replace. I’d add that these zippers have the metal stop on the wrong way around, so you see the teeth on the up side. In the future I’ll look for a better zipper..

Twice I ordered a separating zipper and was sent a closed bottom zipper. Not sure who’s minding the store.
In Cape May there are no stores available for sewing or knitting supplies offering separating zippers or very many knitting needle sizes or types. I appreciate your company's products and qick service. Thank you.

Quick delivery. Bought to replace broken ankle zipper on adidas soccer pants. Strong sturdy zipper easy to see in and still in use.
Wish the stopper was the same color as the teeth and pull. Had to spray paint it. Other than that it's a great product.
This is NOT a separating zipper. Very disappointed. Customer Service will not exchange it so I am done with Sewing Parts Online.
