I love my Zirkel !!!!! You can’t miss why. A picture is worth a thousand words! I took a picture of my old magnetic pin holder beside my new Zirkel!!!!! I don’t get stuck by pins anymore.
I get stuck all the time when I am trying to grab a pin from a pile of pins which clump together on my previous magnetic pin holder; on the Zirkel, they always end with sharp end facing in a the ball or flat plastic end facing out and over the edge. I love the Zirkel!!!!!!
This work great for my 2 inch pins I use when sewing cuddle, it’s hard enough holding the weight of my cuddle blanket while sewing this just makes pinning so much easier!

I’m a quilter. I use a Fanny pack stuffed with batting as a source of pins. When unpinning I collect several in my hand and the drop them points down in the center of the Zircle. They fall in place heads out. When i’m ready for the next quilt I restock the Fanny pack.

Love the magnet and that it arranges the pins
I dislike having my pins turned every which away. It's very organized and prevents getting stuck.
What a fun item this is. If you drop a lot of pins down, the heads have to be in the top position to land correctly. When sewing though, I take out a pin and toss it toward the holder, and it lands in position so that it is easy to remove to pin further fabrics together. I love it.

I really like this magnet and use it more than a different one that I have. Makes it easier to grab the heads of the pins. Just remember to drop needle down around the center. Capacity is nice, too.
