We offer a 60 day return policy*, allowing you to return your order for an exchange or a refund. Returned items that are not brand new and in the original factory packaging are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Unless the item was defective, you are responsible for returning the item(s) back to us. Orders that originally qualified for free shipping will be refunded less the original cost for us to ship your order.

To start the return process, please call (888) 824-1192 or email [email protected] to receive return instructions. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that is required to be written on the outside of the box.

*All Q'nique Machines and Frames adhere to a 30 day return policy.

Requesting a Return

If you wish to return an item for a refund:

Step 1. Contact us at 888-824-1192 or send us an email to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.

Step 2. Package your return well to avoid breakage during transit. Include you completed return form and write your RMA number on the Outside of the box. Any returns that are received damaged due to lack of proper packing will not be refunded

Step 3. Ship the package back to us, insured, with a tracking number to the following address:

When we receive your return, it will be inspected to verify its condition. If your return is deemed in new condition, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow for 7-10 business days for refund to reflect.

REQUESTING AN EXCHANGE

If you wish to return an item for an exchange:

We are happy to assist you with locating the correct item for your exchange.

Step 1. Contact us at 888-824-1192 or send us an email to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.

Step 2. Package your return well to avoid breakage during transit. Include you completed return form and write your RMA number on the Outside of the box. Any returns that are received damaged due to lack of proper packing will not be refunded

After we receive your return, it will be inspected to verify its condition. If your return is in new condition, your exchange will be processed and the new product will be shipped out. We may contact you if we need payment information in order to charge any difference. If a partial refund is required, we will issue the refund using the same method of payment that you originally used.

REQUESTING A REPLACEMENT

If you received a damaged/defective product:

Step 1. Send us an email or call our Customer Service Team at 888-824-1192 and let us know about the issue. We always ask for photos of the damaged package and product to speed up the claims process.

Step 2. We will mail you a prepaid return label. Once the product has been inspected, we will send out a replacement at no cost to you.

If the item is deemed not damaged/defective during inspection, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Orders that originally qualified for free shipping will be refunded less the oiginal cost for us to ship your order. We will also deduct the cost of the prepaid label from your refund.

You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, so we can quickly resolve this issue for you!

If we mistakenly shipped you the wrong item:

Step 1. Send us an email or call our customer service team at 888-824-1192 and let us know about the issue. We always ask for photos of the mistakenly shipped product so that we can correct the error and ship you out the correct product. We will email you a prepaid return label and ship you the correct item right away at absolutely no cost to you.

Step 2. Package the product that you are returning with proper packing materials to avoid breakage. Please make sure to include all the original packaging, tape it up and put the prepaid return label over the original shipping label and give it to your mail carrier.

You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, so we can quickly resolve this issue for you!

If the package was lost by the delivery company:

If your tracking number indicates your package as delivered, Sewing Parts Online is no longer responsible for the package.

Step 1. Contact the delivery company directly to attempt to locate your package.

Step 2. If the delivery company cannot assist in the recovery of your package, send us an email or call our customer service team at 888-824-1192. We can attempt to open a dispute with the delivery company.

You must contact the delivery company BEFORE contacting Sewing Parts Online. Once a package is handed over to a delivery company it is no longer the responsibility of Sewing Parts Online and any attempt to locate your lost package is done as a courtesy to you, our customer.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Any item without original packaging, items damaged by you or deemed in not new condition, indicated as non-returnable in the product details, special order items, all furniture, cabinets, and cabinet inserts, opened software and designs, LED/LCD panels and circuit boards are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
