After using (or should I say not using) a serger that had to be manually threaded and manually adjust the tension on, this one is a TOTAL GAME CHANGER!! It's so easy to thread and the automatic tension set is awesome!! Also, I ordered it on August 3rd and received it August 5th. Extremely fast shipping! I would recommend this to anyone who will be doing much with a serger. Sheila

I knew it would be easier to use, but I had no idea there would be such an upgrade in the quality of the sewing. Unbelievable.
I loved the gathering stitch with the differential feed. I made my apron from pieces from a jelly roll and the pocket and straps from crazy pieces of 4 inch squares. It was a fun project.
My new Victory serger works like a dream. It is quieter than my last Brother serger and I absolutely love the thread cutter on the side and ease of threading the machine. Shipping was fast and I’m looking forward to using the items in the free bundle.
I had an old serger that I was constantly having to rethread. I have sewn over 15 pieces of clothing and haven't had to rethread once. This machine has been a Godsend!

Extremely disappointed. Been saving so long for this brand new Victory Baby Lock serger but unfortunately just they sent me a USED machine with missing tools. Do not order from this store. I cannot believe they tricked me :(
I bought this for my daughter and she is thrilled with it and did an amazing demonstration for me!!! Also, Tim in your service department could not have been better. Shipping was fast and it works beautifully. Very happy with the serger. The thread in the free bundle.... not so much on quality. It broke with too much tension unlike some other thread I purchased and used in the serger.
