I replaced the old Bo Nash cover I put on my home made "Big Board" over 15 years ago. It worked great. I first attached (stapled) a thin layer of flannel or duck cloth, the best part of that is the old cover was very easy to remove. But with the fabric layer stapled in place the adhesive made it very easy to install my new cover. The surface makes pressing my quilt squares a dream.

I bought it to replace my current one. I love these!
I logically assumed the frame underneath was toward the outside edges so it would fit over my current ironing board. Bit no, it's Foo narrow. It was cheaper to replace than to fix.
Ironing board is too bulky and heavy and arrived damaged. Customer service not very helpful, stated shippers responsibility. i would have to pay for return shipping. Would have been over $300. just kept it and my husband will try to fix it.
