Took me a bit to learn how to thread the machine. Once I got it figured out, it works great. You have to get the thread completely in the #6 slot or it will cause your thread to unravel and break. Plus, it’s worth it subscribing to the Artspira app. I also love being able to create my own things to embroider, such as the logo in the picture. I created it from a picture of the logo.
Exactly what I ordered. Well Packaged and no damage. Waiting for my iPad mini from Amazon to use the artista software. I anticipate it will be exactly what I need. Thank you for being a great company!!!
Love it. Purchasing the additional application is really a must. But the app is only 13$ A month. Well worth the money for the additional options to use to embroider
Needle was broken upon receipt of machine.
I have been debating on getting this for awhile and finally pulled the the trigger. Not a noob and not a pro but I understand the workings of a sewing machine in general. I have watched many videos to make sure I wasn’t crazy but the needle doesn’t self thread no matter how many time I try. I really was excited to get this going but no luck and I haven’t heard back from seller as of yet over a week after purchase.
My wife loves her new embroidery machine. It has been everything she was hoping for.
