Manual Tension

The adjustable tension dial on the machine provides a simple yet effective way to fine-tune stitch quality based on fabric type and thread selection. Located conveniently on top of the machine, the dial allows for easy adjustments to achieve balanced, even stitches, whether working with lightweight fabrics or heavy materials. If the bobbin thread is visible on the top side of the fabric, the needle thread tension is too tight and if the top thread is visible on the underside of the fabric, the needle thread tension is too loose.

Stitch Elongation

With the stitch elongation feature, you can instantly stretch satin stitches up to five times their original length—without sacrificing stitch density or quality.
