I am hoping that the return under the warranty correct issues with machine. The needle threader broke off the second time I tried to use it. The thread also becomes unthreaded frequently. I'm having ongoing issues with the bobbin tension. It works for a while then starts nesting. I adjust the bobbin case, and it works fine for about 15 minutes, and the nesting starts all over again and I have to re-tighten bobbin case. I love my other Juki machine, however, it only has a straight stitch, and I wanted something smaller and lightweight to bring to quilting retreats with zig zag stitch. I was a little disappointed with the return policy as I cannot exchange this machine without paying to return it and to pay a restocking fee. The only way I could get full credit is if it is truly defective and I'm at the mercy of repair team to determine that. I wish I would've spent more and gotten a higher quality model
