Machine worked great right out of the box. Bobbin winding and threading of the machine couldn’t have been easier and it makes changing colors of thread so much faster and easier. I love the top load bobbin too because I can see when I need to change bobbins! Love the needle threader too! Works great! Machine is quieter than my Juki TL-2200QVP Mini also, but neither machine is very loud at all! Overall, seems to be a great addition to my sewing room.
I so appreciated my new machine when I needed to make my husband a plaid shirt. Doing the button holes was easier and it was the first garment I made on the machine. Since then I have pieced quilts and quilted gifts for granddaughters and have not exhaust the stitches it can do. I have used most the attachments it came with, and the only thing I wish it had was a vertical guide with 1/4 inch markings at the front instead of the back.
So far I love it. Took awhile to get use to it. Really like the cutter on the foot pedal. Already was use to the knee lift, it was on my Baby Lock.
This is one of my best investments ever!
From the simple machine I came from to the Juki F600 I feel like I am sewing in butter. It is so smooth and does so many things I’m not used, most of all the auto thread cutter and the knee lift for the presser foot. It only took about a day to get that down pat. I just can’t say enough. I am glad I learned on a more simple machine because it helps me appreciate my Juki so much more.
So far I’m loving it. I have the Juki TL2010q and have loved that one so thought another Juki might be good. I have never had a computerized sewing machine but it seems fairly straightforward with using the manual a bit. Very responsive and intuitive.
I am still in the testing stages, but it is a promising piece for the sewing industry. So far, I love it!!!
I had a near accident experience with this machine due to my disability. I've shared this with Sewing Part many times. As many times I've asked for RMA verification # 31944477-RI. God please help me.

Bought the Juki HZL-F400 for the variety of stitches and because it had a larger harp area than my Singer Featherweight. Going from a Featherweight to any electronic machine takes a bit of an adjustment, but this was an easy machine to learn. The owner’s manual is quite detailed for any information I might need. I use it for quilting with rulers, stencils or free motion quilting. Plus I love the decorative stitches for appliqué and labeling my quilts. Very happy with this purchase.
Nice little machine. I use it for free motion quilting. Only problem I have is it seems to be fussy with thread. Had trouble with twisting and breaking. Doesnt seem to like large cones. Doesnt like sewing on Minky. It is quiet, best auto threader ever. Love the manual presser foot pressure and manual tension setter. Turn off machine and it is still set. Bobbin winder is weird and takes some trials to do right. Overall I like it and would buy again. Love the variety of stitches
I absolutely love my Juke. I have three other machines that are very popular but I always go back to me Juki. It's a workhorse, yet very gentle with soft and delicate fabrics. I know this machine will conquer any project that I give it...Buy it!!! You won't be disappointed. And just for you to know that I bought this machine when I had a very limited amount of finances when I bought this Juki... I made the right decision!!
I have made so many bags with my Juki F600 & never had any problem with thick seams. It’s a great machine.

I only rated my experience as four stars because I had to contact Customer service to find out where my machine was, because no one had bothered to let me know it was on back order. When I called the customer service, the representative apologized, but stated that they did not have enough customer service representatives to be able to get in contact with me and let me know the status of my order. Since this was an expensive purchase for me, I assumed I would receive a status update when the item didn�t ship within four days. That didn�t leave me feeling very confident fur future purchases here.
