Although the Juki MO654DEN was on back order, it was shipped within a few days. It came factory tested and basically ready to go (had to attach my serger thread from the bundle that I purchased with it to the thread that was used for testing. I was able to use the serger to repair a t-shirt for a relative which made me feel good as well as the owner of the shirt. Looking forward to learn more on how to use this machine via YouTube videos as well as using the accessories from the bundle that was purchased with it. Thanks Sewing Parts Online for making my shopping experience such a pleasure!
This is my first ever serger and first time ever using one and I fell in LOVE instantly!!! With the help of a how-to video, I was able to easily learn how to thread my Juki and start creating!! She runs SO smooth and my stitching is SO perfect! I've met many sewists who have invested and own Juki machines since receiving mine, and their eyes light up as they rave about the performance of their machines like mine does when I get to use it!! Choosing my Juki has been a great investment!!!!
If you can thread it, this machine cuts and sews. I have owned another serger so the loopers were not a problem. HOWEVER the obviously non sewing engineer put a HUGE bar where right handed person needs to be to thread the needles. They are hardly accessible. It took me two hours to thread them even trying needle threaders. I finally took the needles out, threaded them and struggled them back into their holes. Save yourself the hassle and spend your money on a different brand and a machine that threads itself.
This is my first serger and I love it so much! It came tested and threaded. I watched a video how to rethread it and the front panel has an easy-to-follow guide as well. (Needle threading is a little tricky due to an awkward angle - the included tweezers are a must.) I was sewing garments on it within an hour.
If you are on the fence about whether or not a serger is worth it, I would say that there is no going back after you have tried one. Daunting from afar; incredible once used. This model is a workhorse and will serve me for the rest of my sewing days.

I bought my 654DE during Covid and got the accessory kit, serger threads. It was so popular and on back order from a lot of vendors at the time. I was so glad that I got it before the big rush then and much cheaper than it is now. Regardless, this machine is a monster and is a dream and worth every penny. I recently got the coverstitch which is a great investment.
Everything has been mostly delivered. Purchased with accessory bundle included.
Received tracking shipment and I got the machine and non of the accessory. Contacted customer service and they were quick to send me the others.
However, the day I received reply from customer service. I received package half of my accessories. There were no shipment updates, no new tracking number, or even a email to notify me.
I received my other half of accessories from customer service except for needles (out of stock) which is fine.
I got mostly everything and the machine works. I really wished, they would've send me a email update or anything to tell me ahead of time so I know cause I received 3 packages that required signatures. With one of them I didn't even know about.
Overall, needs better communication from store to client. Other than that.👍
I’ve heard that this was an awesome, reliable serger to get. I unpacked it, turned it on, and threaded it up to see. After all the problems I had with my previous serger once I serged some practice material, I almost cried tears of joy. It is a sturdy and lovely machine.

Im so happy that I made this purchase. It's a very compact machine but it does the job like a professional serger. I am very impressed at how it finishes the edges. Can't wait to play with it more to see what it's capable of doing.
I used my machine twice and I just love it! It does amazing stitching and i cut jeans with it and I had no issues what so ever, just love it, can�t wait to use it again!
