Package for shipping was great. No damage! I am so happy with the amount of storage in the cabinet. Delivery people were so nice and helpful! I can’t wait to use the new cabinet for a sewing project! Customer service was wonderful in answering my questions in a timely manner!
I love this little cabinet! They really have an efficient use of space with all of the little cubbies on the door. The only downside is that the opening is smaller than our other Koala cabinet, so I can’t swap the inserts between them, but I will just use the tray that my machine came with. This will be perfect as an embroidery station, too!
The cabinet is very nice and works well for my embroidery machine. The bins that come with it to mount on the door are on the cheap side. Although the cabinet suits my purpose, the shipping was a nightmare. Seems it starts out shipped by Koala with FedEx and all the tracking is through them up to a point. A point with a destination that was 150 miles from me. No one told me that it would be turned over to JBHunt for final delivery. Once delivered to JBHunt, the cabinet sat in their warehouse for 3 weeks before it was delivered to me. Altogether shipping took about a month. I’d recommend going directly to Koala to order and most definitely question the shipping process.
The cabinet went together very easily and the insert fits perfectly with my machine. I can’t wait to start a new project!
