It came earlier than expected as it was on back border until June but came in April. Packed beautifully so perfect condition, I adjusted the lift for my machine easily. Still playing with organizing it but, It is perfect and beautiful.. the model is a great set up with the left L shape and longer extension on the right. It really works for me!
I ordered Koala Eclipse cabinet which showed as in stock and my credit card was charged . After a week or so with no delivery notification, I reached out to learn that the cabinet was out of stock. sewing parts online offered a couple of solutions but I opted to wait. It took two months to get the cabinet, but I'm very pleased. I feel like sewing parts online must have trouble with some of their automated ordering processes, but I've never had problems with other products I've ordered from them. The cabinet was delivered by JB Hunt, who was very clear and precise about delivery. I would order again from sewing parts online, but would probably reach out to verify whether or not items are in stock BEFORE ordering more expensive items since it is unfair to pay so far in advance.
I love this sewing cabinet. Good price for the value. Before I bought this cabinet I was using my grandmother’s kitchen table, therefore my machine did not sit at the proper height for quilting. Now with the acrylic insert, my fabric just glides across my machine. It’s the beautiful grey oak and so functional. My sewing room is not huge and I mostly want to leave my table out, not folded away so this model suits my needs. It did take a few weeks to arrive but whenever I called Sewing Parts Online, they couldn’t have been nicer explaining the shipping details to me. When the table arrived, the men who delivered it put it right in my sewing room(which is close to my front door). They were kind and considerate. After my husband and I cut open the box, all we had to do was add the casters and the handles. My husband helped me turn the cabinet on its back and we both screwed in the casters (there were quite a few), he helped me tip it back up and I put on the handles. Very simple.
The shipping process was very confusing & didnt go smoothly, but I finally did receive my cabinet, it appears to be very well built. I haven't had the chance yet to actually use it. But I feel like it will be good
We recently downsized to our current home. This sewing cabinet is perfect for the smaller space I now have available for my sewing projects. It provides lots of organized space. The machine is easy to raise and lower. There is ample space for measuring, cutting, and sewing when all of the surfaces are open. When closed it’s a beautiful piece of furniture. I’m extremely happy with it’s functionality and looks.
My Koala Eclypse sewing table arrived today and I love it! It is extremely well built. The Sewing Parts Online customer service staff were super helpful during a protracted shipping window, helping put the pieces together when shippers could not communicate. Grace is a rock star! The key included in the set up kit does not open the lock on the swinging door and again customer service is on it to help out. Thank you Courtney!
Love the product. What I didn’t love is the sewing desk was ordered in November and I received it in February. I would have been ok with that if I was informed of the possibility of a delay WHEN I ORDERED IT. I never heard a word from your company after I paid. I was never informed of anything. The company left it to me to figure out. When I called throughout this delay, no one could give me any information. Why couldn’t I have been informed 1) that the order was received? 2) given periodic updates ? 3) given a heads up that my order was about to ship out? You really just took my money and left me hanging. The sewing desk itself is wonderful and has helped me organize and streamline my projects. Koala did a great job. Your company, however, definitely fell short in handling the customer relations on this purchase.
It's been delivered and looks good! However, when the product description stated, "fully assembled," I believed them. They forgot to mention that the wheels must be put on, and the unit weighs over 200 pounds. After I hire someone to handle that (I am 80 and live alone) I'll let you know what I think.
The storage within the cabinet is really great. I have placed my serger in the left and utilized the storage boxes. The wheels allow me to move it within my room myself. I love it so far ( 1 week in)
It meets all of my needs while looking good in my room.
I really have been sewing a lot more often. My only regret is that I didn’t order the acrylic insert at the same time. I would really like to now to make it even easier.

Absolutely love it, came in perfect condition. The optional acrylic piece fits really well. Overall really happy with this purchase and the sale price when I ordered and getting free shipping. I’m so much more comfortable sewing now, with this table, so I sew around 4-6 hours a day. It has really made my hobby more fun and it looks nice in my art room.
The table is nice and will provide me a much more workable sewing/quilting surface. The “instructions” (to assemble) were too brief to be helpful and the quality of the copy made it extra hard to read. I struggled to adjust the bed that the machine rests on; again the instructions were lousy.
Absolutely love the cabinet and the fact it was assembled when it arrived, the insert for it really makes it so handy for sewing. Shipping took a little longer than expected but it arrived without any damage so it was worth the wait
Setting up the cabinet was really fun. It turned a stack of bins and boxes into a visually appealing piece. My granddaughters are excited to learn to sew now that we know where stuff is
I love my cabinet but I still have not received my acrylic top for the sewing machine. It has been over a month since I received the cabinet. I would like to have the acrylic piece for my sewing machine.
This cabinet is perfect for me. It has plenty of storage for my sewing thread and embroidery thread. I keep 2 sewing machines stored in it. I needed a cabinet that when closed, fit in my small space. The casters allow it to roll and I can open it to spread out for sewing. The hydraulic lift is perfect. I had to adjust it for my machine but that was a piece of cake. It was delivered assembled. I bought a $37 chair from Walmart that fits perfectly. I recommend purchasing this product.
