Instead of having a dedicated space for quilting like with traditional frames, the Mini Quilter can easily work in any room. Move it from the table to the counter or a desk, depending on when you want it. The frame has adjustable rail height to accommodate most machines.

When I purchased the mini quilter, I was excited by the advertising that you could quilt from a baby blanket to a king sized quilt. Unfortunately, with a window for quilting that is only 8" x 12", and the fact that you would have to rehoop every couple of minutes, I am trying to sell it. I'm planning to go back to quilt as you go on my sewing machine. I thought you would use the entire frame, which isn't that large either, but the actual quilting area is only about one-fourth of the frame's size. I will say, though, it does work very well.

Definitely makes quilting on my domestic machine easier. Instructions are good for setting it up. I do wish it had a lock feature on the carriage - I'd like to sew on my machine without removing it from the frame. (I know half of you are thinking that's crazy. My machine is really heavy so I don't want to remove it from the frame. I have another machine for piecing but I like doing the binding on this one.)
