Juki's TL-2000Qi is a heavy-duty home quilting machine that can be used in combination with a quilting frame to sew quilts. The arm and bed of the TL-2000Qi are constructed of aluminum die-casting. The tough body lowers vibration while sewing and ensures high-quality stitching. Since the TL-2000Qi has many industrial sewing machine features, it can accommodate several types of industrial presser feet. The spacious work area offers 23 inches when the extension table is attached. This straight stitch-only machine is ideal for free motion quilting as well as hemming even the heaviest materials.
The TL-2000Qi can easily power through thicker materials like denim, vinyl, or leather. A speed control mechanism, operated by a microcomputer, allows the machine to sew at low speeds. This provides accurate feed and perfect stitching when sewing heavyweight fabrics, quilts, or multiple layers of materials.
When you stop sewing, the machine will automatically stop with the needle in the down position. With the needle in this position, it is easier to pivot your quilt when free-motion sewing. To move the needle up or down as needed, press the needle up/down button, and when the button is pressed continuously, the TL-2000Qi will sew one stitch at a time.

Included on the TL-2000Qi is a thread tension scale, which allows you to adjust the tension according to the thread and material being sewn. Stitch length is easily adjusted with a dial.

Adjusting the presser foot pressure depending on your material will ensure precision stitches on all fabric types. Apply more pressure on lightweight fabrics to keep them in place below the presser foot. For heavyweight materials, reduce the pressure so the fabric can slide more easily between the foot and the needle plate.
Included on the TL-2000Qi is an automatic thread trimmer that concurrently trims the needle and bobbin threads. Activate this function by pushing the thread trimmer button or rocking back on the heel of your foot control. *Automatic thread trimming can be turned off by attaching a foot switch stopper.

I needed a fast machine. This one is just that. I sew so many quilts and need speed in my corner. Some added bonuses are the down needle, the automatic cutter and needle threader, and the leg bar to lift the presser foot. I plan on buying some more of these for classes. Mind you, it only sews a straight stitch and isn't electronic. That is just what I wanted.
I love it only have one regret that I didn't purchase it earlier have a blessed day.

I love my Juki! I make bags that have thick seams, which my Allegra choked, the Juki TL2001QI sews them without a hiccup ❣️❣️
I have only done a few small projects but I already love this machine! It has a ton of power, it is able to sew through webbing and nylon pieces with ease, and the set up and adjustments are pretty straightforward. I didn't need the speed control that the 2010 offered and the pedal offers plenty of modularity for me.
So far I have finished one quilt. I love how smoothly and quietly this machine sews. I had some fears I’d have several issues but getting acclimated to an industrial machine has been pretty easy.
This the very best machine I’ve ever used!! Recommended by my niece and she was so right. Love the mechanical straight stitch aspect as I never use decorative stitching. It’s got all the necessary bells and whistles- don’t need the speed regulator so for me it’s perfect 👍🏻 Shipped fast and got here safe and sound- no need for customer service so can’t review that.

I have wanted a Juki that was able to sew layers of vinyl for purses. I also wanted a non-electronic sewing machine that weighed less than my 37 lb embroidery machine. I never use the electronic embroidery machine if there is a chance of a storm which upsets me, since I do a lot of piecing quilts. Love this Juki, I will take it to classes. I have been very spoiled with the electronic gadgets, but I did learn on a sewing machine without electronics. I have ordered 3 more feet for the Juki (very spoiled with a 1/4 inch edge foot)! Also, I bought the skinny foot for bag making (my Pfaff does not have that as an option)!
I have been using a Brother sewing machine I bought from Walmart for the last 25 years and understood, intellectually, that it was far inferior to brands like Janome, Bernina and Juki....I had no clue how superior these machines are. There was definitely a learning curve getting the machine set up (including referencing Youtube), but that was brief and I am absolutely in love with my Juki. I should have invested in one of these machines decades ago! It is so much quieter, doesn't vibrate, sews beautifully....this machine is a dream come true!

I had an older Juki i bought new approximately 25 years ago. I ran it until it died. Itried getting along without it but finally purchased this. It is so wonderful to have a Juki back that has a few nice additions! I love it and so Thankful I went ahead and bought a new one!

This is my second machine of the same model. One is used at home and the others used for traveling. It’s a great straight stitch machine. Love it mostly for paper piecing with the foot cutter on it. All mechanical.

Only had this machine for a few days, Love it. Love the speed and is using it now to sew together charity blocks into quilts I make for the homeless. The only thing I have to get used to is the thread cutter on the foot pedal. At first I was back tapping a lot. Until I get the buffer I have turned the foot pedal sideways. I have ordered the buffer stop.
I love it I had to wait a little bit to get it but it was worth it nice sewing machine most definitely recommend You won’t be disappointed

OMG this machine is a workhorse. It sews so smoothly and is quiet. I have several sewing machines with a lot of bells and whistles, but this machine is my absolute favorite. I use straight stitching mostly for quilting and purse making. This is THE machine as far as I'm concerned. You won't regret buying it. I LOVE IT!!!!

I expected to like the Juki TL2000Qi once I got used to it, but I was able to become confidently comfortable with it almost immediately. Even the side loading bobbin, which I was afraid of, proved quite easy after carefully following the manual and watching a YouTube vid. This machine is an absolute dream! Worth every single dollar and a bargain at twice the price as the saying goes. And Sewing Parts Online is unbeatable as far as shipping and communicated the progress of my orders, no matter if it's a large dollar order or less than $10... I don't know how they do it but I'm so grateful they do! I had zero qualms about spending what for me was a lot of money with them!

I have heard many wonderful things about the Juki TL machines and I am very pleased. The only thing I wish I would have thought of before my big purchase would have been making sure it had a speed regulator which I really loved on my other machine. But I am learning how to regulate with my foot! I still love the speed and how quiet it is. Runs so smooth!
This is the perfect quilting workhorse. It is a straight stitch sewing machine that can be controlled as slowly or as fast as you need. I highly recommend it for the 12 year old beginner to the seasoned professional.
I loved it before I received it and even more when it arrived. It was heavy as the delivery carrier excitedly claimed to Me, but I loved that. Set up was different than I’m used to, but I’m quickly learning. My only sadness is decorative stitches but that’s ok. U have others (Brother, Bernina and Elba) that can. So far so good. I’m Loving the speed and accuracy of each stitch and the quality craftsmanship. I’ve seen these on YouTube scrappy quilting and have been looking for a while. And, It stays in place and doesn’t crawl. Love, love, love it. I’ll be buying accessories Kathy Nelson. Recent new owner.
